Running businesses, travelling the world, battling Meniere’s disease — I’ve stared down chaos and built success anyway.
But it wasn’t always that way.
Somewhere along the way, I internalized a belief that success had to come with sacrifice.
That burnout was just part of the deal.
That if I wasn’t grinding myself into the ground, I wasn’t doing enough.
I was stuck in what I call the entrepreneur’s paradox: driven, but drained. Successful, but suffocating.
No mindset book, no inspirational webinar, no "positive vibes only" sticker could fix it.
It took hitting rock bottom for me to stop looking outside for the answers — and start rewriting the inside.
I didn’t just shift my mindset — I reprogrammed it.
I dismantled the subconscious sabotage running the show.
I took my power back, piece by hard-earned piece.
Through this journey, I uncovered my true gift: coaching.
I honed my craft through certifications, thousands of coaching hours, and deep mastery of subconscious reprogramming, emotional release, and high-performance strategies.
Today, as a High-Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, athletes, and influencers break free from the patterns that hold them back.
