1. Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital products. This includes, but is not limited to, online masterclasses, courses, recordings, digital workbooks, downloadable materials, and other digital content.
When you purchase a digital product, access is provided immediately upon successful payment.
2. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase.
However, this right does not apply once digital content has begun to be supplied, provided that:
You have given your express consent for immediate access; and
You have acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once access begins.
By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you:
Consent to immediate delivery of the digital product;
Acknowledge that the service begins immediately; and
Confirm that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access has been granted.
3. No Refunds After Access
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be provided once access to the digital product has been granted, whether or not the content has been fully viewed, downloaded, or completed.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience genuine technical issues preventing access to the product, please contact us at kanikamindset@gmail.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any access issues promptly. Refunds will only be considered if access cannot be provided.
5. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error or more than once for the same product, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us:
Your access to all purchased digital products may be suspended;
We reserve the right to provide evidence of access, login records, IP data, and acceptance of this policy to the payment provider;
We reserve the right to recover any associated dispute or chargeback fees where applicable.
